Q. How much true networking do you do? Not virtual networking by increasing your number of contacts on LinkedIn or followers on Twitter, but true networking where positive results happen for your contact and you.
A. ‘Network’ to use a dictionary definition is: an association of individuals having a common interest formed to provide mutual assistance, helpful information, or the like.
During this 30 minute session Warren will explore with you some key tips on getting the best from your network of fellow professionals. It may be your IT supplier has strong relationships with a potential client for you. It may be that the fellow recruiter who has an office in your building works in a complementary sector. Maximising those potentail relationships to gain leverage when doing business is a key part of building a profitable desk or business.

Warren has been in the recruitment industry as a recruiter, head-hunter, management consultant, trainer and business owner for some twenty years. After a career as a retailer in management and regional management roles within the big four of UK supermarkets and DIY retailing, he opened up his first recruitment business in 1993.
After selling his operation in 1998, his journey to now being one of the foremost figures within the recruitment training arena started. That included a 10 year period in a hands-on senior operational role with a legal recruiter. In that time he helped develop them from 8 staff to 74 and 1 office to 12 across EMEA.
