Paul Chamberlain heads the Employment Law department in Brabners’ Manchester office. He has significant and nationally-recognised experience in advising recruitment agencies on matters particular to them e.g. the employment status of temporary workers, the application of the Working Time Regulations 1998 and the Agency Workers’ Regulations. He is principal legal advisor to TEAM.
