Liz Longman - TEAM
Liz Longman is the Managing Director of TEAM (The Employment Agents Movement) and has been involved in recruitment for over 20 years. She previously headed up a region for a generalist agency before joining TEAM some ten years ago.
The TEAM network of agencies with over 450 locations and a combined turnover of approx £1 billion is the largest network of independent recruitment agents in the UK. TEAM’s main ethos is to assist in the promotion and networking of business and innovations in the recruitment industry across its membership. TEAM also has a growing number of international affiliates.
Phillippa Hart - Hart Recruitment
Phillippa Hart is the Managing Director of Hart Recruitment and has built a strong reputation for providing a quality recruitment service within Birmingham and the surrounding areas. She previously worked as a HR and Training Manager within national companies and became a qualified NLP Business Practitioner. Phillippa applied her knowledge and experience to the recruitment industry, opening Hart Recruitment in 2001.
Phillippa's role as the Midlands Regional Director for TEAM (The Employment Agency Movement) is to work with and support recruitment businesses within the Midlands area, helping them to achieve their objectives by networking and sharing best practice within the recruitment industry.
Ruth Forster – Wagstaff Recruitment
Ruth Forster – Founder of Wagstaff Recruitment Ltd, a Lichfield based recruitment agency specialising in engineering and manufacturing sector / professionals, perm and contract. Establishing a career in recruitment in 1993, Ruth worked for 2 independent recruiters before creating Wagstaff Recruitment in October 2010.
Ruth joined TEAM in June 2011, and became TEAM Technical and IT Divisional Director in March 2014. In addition to a genuine passion for recruitment Ruth has a desire to showcase the array of opportunities available in the working environment to young people and our inspire next generation into the world of engineering and manufacturing and is Business Board Member for South Staffordshire Engineering and Skills Board this involves being able to give recruitment and employment advise including CV writing and interview preparation.
