Situational Leadership – “Different stokes for different folks”

Hosted by REC

Leaders and Managers must be flexible enough to adapt their style to the situation they are in. A good situational leader is one who can quickly change leadership styles as the situation changes. Most of us attempt to do this in our dealings with people every day, however, when under pressure and up against tight deadlines Leaders and Manager can revert back to a “one style fits all” approach. This taster session will explore the four elements of situational leadership and what they mean. We will also examine when you would use each of the styles and how you can adapt your style to get the most out of your teams.
